Out of over 80,000 agents worldwide in Keller Williams, Suzanne Des Marais ranked number 44 in 2013. She believes that, as a successful professional in the industry, it is a privilege and a responsibility to give back to the REALTOR® community. A proven leader, she served as 2011 state president for the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS® (DCAR), and is a current member of the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Suzanne was DCAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2012. She has volunteered with GCAAR over many years in areas of public policy and REALTOR® professional standards, and looks forward to continuing to support the GCAAR family that encompasses both DC and Montgomery County.

Margaret "Peg" Mancuso
W.C. & A.N. Miller REALTORS® A Long and Foster Company

Peg Mancuso is a 28-year veteran of the real estate industry. Licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Peg has been a top producer for multiple major real estate companies, including Long & Foster, Weichert, and W.C. & A.N. Miller REALTORS® over her distinguished career. She is currently at W.C. & A.N. Miller, A Long and Foster Company, having started Daly, Mancuso and Associates over a decade ago.

Currently the Chair of GCAAR's Public Policy Committee, she also is an active member of the Education and Budget Committees. She serves on GCAAR's Board of Directors and was the liaison to the Community Service Committee (GCAAR Cares).

Peg is a lifelong Washingtonian. Educated at the University of Maryland, Peg has called Potomac her home for the past 30 years. When not working, Peg is an avid traveler and a major supporter of several charities and foundations, including the ASPCA, Habitat for Humanity, The Boy Scouts of America, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

David Bediz is a nine-year veteran REALTOR® based in Washington, DC. His energy, drive, and commitment have enabled him to become a top producer within his office and the area. In 2007, he was named first in sales and volume with his partner, Dwight Mortensen, for Coldwell Banker in the Washington, DC region, and won Coldwell's Rookie of the Year honors in 2005. David is committed to common-sense approaches to problem solving, the incorporation of technology to allow agents to be more effective and save them time and money, and for public policy that focuses on the real needs of home buyers and home owners in harmonious balance with those of REALTORS®.

David has served on GCAAR's Public Policy committee and Contract and Clauses subcommittee. His volunteer activities include Food and Friends, Whitman Walker Clinic, and the Cherry Fund.

Thomas "Thom" Brockett, GRI, SHS
Weichert REALTORS®

Licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia since 1988, Thom Brockett is a second generation REALTOR® currently managing the Weichert REALTORS® Fallsgrove/North Potomac office. Prior to joining Weichert, Thom was the Managing Broker of the W.C. & A.N. Miller Potomac office, and the Training Director for Long & Foster's Montgomery County Regional and DC Regional Training Centers. Thom is a GRI, SHS, Senior Instructor for GCAAR, an Advance Open Water SCUBA instructor, Integrity© Business Coach, Buffini & Company Mentor, and was on the Buffini & Company Advisory Board for the 100 Days to Greatness® program. A past member of the Contract and Clause Committee, Thom is currently completing his third year on the GCAAR Grievance Committee.

Prior to real estate, Thom was the Manager of Training Principles and Design and the Associate Marketing Director for an international training and consulting firm.

Thom lives in Potomac with his wife, Jennifer. Together, they peacefully coexist with their children Adam and Taylor and their menagerie of pets.

Thomas "Tom" Daley
TTR Sotheby's International Realty

Thomas (Tom) Daley is a residential real estate agent with TTR Sotheby's International Realty in Washington, DC. Tom focuses primarily on luxury real estate in Northwest DC, Chevy Chase, and Bethesda, MD. He is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Tom's knowledge and commitment to the real estate industry extends beyond just the sales and marketing of real estate. Tom joined the Board of Directors for GCAAR in 2013. In addition, Tom sits as a member of the Education Committee, Chairman of the Education subcommittee for continuing education electives, the REALTOR® Political and Campaign Affairs Committee, and serves as Board liaison to the YPN Committee.

Tom has been an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University in the Master's of Real Estate program at the School for Continuing Studies. He teaches a business development course to help students develop their skills in business and expand their knowledge of the industry.

Tom is also involved with several civic organizations, including: Chairman of the annual Washington Ireland Program Celtic Chef's dinner, Chairman of the advisory council for the Reading Connection, and supporter of Friendship Place.

Sally Hamidi, CMCA, GRI

Sally Hamidi is a licensed broker in DC, MD, and VA with over 13 years of real estate experience and currently holds the GRI and CMCA designations. Sally has a keen sense of the local real estate market, and throughout the years has shown tremendous focus and unwavering dedication to her loyal clients and colleagues, receiving numerous awards for her excellence in real estate.

In 2008, Ms. Hamidi branched out to start her own brokerage firm, Citylights Realty Group, which specializes in full-service brokerage including sales, leasing, and property management. During her tenure as principal broker, she has successfully managed a growing portfolio of residential properties ranging from single-family homes, condominiums, and small to mid-sized HOAs. Additionally, she oversees the day-to-day brokerage activities of Citylights' licensed agents.

In addition to running her real estate practice, Ms. Hamidi has continuously shown her support to GCAAR forums ranging from REALTOR® Political Action Committee, the GCAAR Cares Committee, as well as chairing the Property Management Committee (2012, 2013). In this role and with the help of her fellow committee members, she oversaw the implementation and revision of various rental/management forms.

In her spare time, Ms. Hamidi participates in various artistic activities including playing a number of instruments, photography, and interior design. She has lived in Washington, DC since 1998 and can be found in and around town with her beloved French Bulldog.

Emiliana Victoria "Vicky" Lobos-Kirker, GRI, RECS, SFR®

Vicky is a Bilingual (English and Spanish) REALTOR® licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. She has earned her GRI, SFR®, and RECS designations. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Vicky worked as an accountant for over 20 years. She decided to become a REALTOR® because she believed that she could make a difference, which is why she works with a range of clients from first-time homebuyers to qualified buyers and sellers to help them achieve their American dream...one home at a time.

Vicky is an active member of MAR, NAR, DCAR and GCAAR. She currently serves on the GCAAR Board of Directors and on the Education and Events Committees and has served on several other GCAAR committees including: Professional Standards, Grievance, Rookie, and International. She also has served on the Board of Directors for DCAR. She is an Honored Member of the Cambridge Who's Who Registry of Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs, an Honorary Member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and is an active member of the Greater Capital Area Women's Council of REALTORS®.

Hildy Pollard is a bi-lingual REALTOR® specializing in residential and international real state since 2003. She is known for her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service. She hold the CIPS®, SRES®, e-PRO®, AHWD®, CDPE, SFR®, BPOR, CNE, MCRS, WHC & TRC designations.

Currently associated with Fairfax Realty, Hildy holds licenses in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She also is a a 2005 graduate of The School of Redesigning and Staging.

Hildy is a recipient of the 2011 Shinning Star award given by the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR). A long-time Maryland resident, Hildy volunteers and teaches first-time home buyer seminars for Montgomery County.

She is a graduate of the Institute for Marketing Luxury Homes (2012), the MAR Leadership Academy (2011) and Women Council of REALTORS® Leadership Academy (2010). She currently serves as Chairperson of MAR's Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee (2013), and GCAAR's International Committee (2012-2013).

Patrick (Pat) Weed has been in the real estate business since 1965. Pat is currently the Broker/Owner of the Patrick Realty Company, Inc. in Kensington, MD.

Pat has been involved in numerous committees during his tenure at the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® now known as GCAAR. Pat is currently on GCAAR's Contract and Clause and Public Policy Committees. He has served as Chair and Vice-Chair of those committees and has been a member of the Grievance and REALTOR® Political Action Committees. Pat is an active member of the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR) where he served on the Professional Standards and Legislative Committees, and currently serves on MAR's Statewide Forms (former Chair) and Public Affairs Committees. He was also on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Contact Team and a member of NAR's Women's Council of REALTORS®.

Pat was the 2012 GCAAR REALTOR® of the Year, was awarded the REALTOR® Emeritus status for over 40 years of professional real estate experience, and was an early graduate of the MAR Leadership Academy. He was a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland and has earned the SRES® and CBR designations. Pat was on the Board of the Kensington-Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and is active on the Board of the Kensington District Business Association.

Pat is the father of four, grandfather of nine, former Marine, and is a member of the American Legion, Moose, and Nights of Columbus organizations.

Greg Ford is presently an Associate Broker and a Charter Member of Keller Williams Capital Properties. Having been active in real estate for the last decade, Greg has extensive knowledge of the Maryland, District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia markets. He is a graduate of GCAAR's Leadership Institute and holds the CRS®, GRI, ABR®, and GREEN designations. In addition, Greg has experience working in commercial real estate and has completed the CCIM training.

He currently is GCAAR's 2013 President-Elect in addition to being a Director for both the Maryland and National Associations of REALTORS®. Other committees he is currently serving on include GCAAR's Executive, Budget, Nominating, Political and Campaign Affairs. Previously, Greg has served as GCAAR's 2012 Secretary, a Director from 2008-2011, chaired GCAAR's Contract & Clause Committee, and served on both the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees.

Licensed since 1985, Michael is currently a manager for Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. for two top-producing offices. During Michael's tenure at Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., McGreevy he has earned "Manager of the Year" awards consecutively since 2006.

Michael is a native Montgomery County resident and currently resides in Silver Spring, MD. As a graduate of GCAAR's Inaugural Leadership Institute in 2005, Michael continues to serve and contribute to the GCAAR membership. Michael currently serves as GCAAR's President and looks forward to serving as the Immediate Past President in 2014.

He also serves as a Director for the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and a Director for the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS® (DCAR).

Michael has served on several GCAAR committees, including the Grievance, Professional Standards, Rookie, and YPN committees. He is active in his community as well, chairing a United Way Campaign to raise funds to serve Montgomery County's at-risk youth. He also Co-Chaired the Montgomery County Government's Commission on Children & Youth, and has volunteered for (and continues to do so with) Food & Friends, the Whitman Walker Clinic, Silver Spring's Shepherd's Table, Mental Health Association of Montgomery County, Special Olympics, Hispanic Heritage Foundation, CASA, and The National Center for Children and Families.

Michael is extremely approachable and enjoys being the ears and voice of the GCAAR membership as he continues to serve the REALTOR® community.

Timothy "Tim" Knobloch, CRS®, GRI
Eagle Management LLC

Tim Knobloch is the owner of Eagle Management LLC, a residential property management company in Rockville, MD. Tim has been very active in the real estate industry for 30 years as a successful sales agent, branch manager, regional vice president, and vice president of brokerage support for large major real estate companies.

Tim is currently Treasurer of GCAAR and has served on GCAAR's Board of Directors in 2012, 2000-2004 and 1990-1995. He also served as Treasurer of the Association in 1995. He has been Chair of numerous committees and task forces, currently serving as Budget Committee Chair. Tim has also served as a MAR & NAR Director, and is currently on the MAR Legislative Committee. He has been a major supporter of the REALTOR® Political Action Committee.

In the community, Tim has been the Treasurer and President of his childrens' PTA, a cluster coordinator, organizer, and founder of a school-based support group, and has been active in school board elections. He served as Chair of the Rockville Affordable Housing Demonstration, a program to help first-time buyers with interest-free down payment assistance loans. Tim has been a Boy Scout leader for over 10 years and is the High Adventure coordinator for the boys.

Koki Adasi is an Associate Broker and Team Leader for Koki & Associates, Inc. with Long & Foster Real Estate. He has been in the real estate industry since 2006, and has received his CRS® and GRI designations. Koki has been very active with GCAAR, serving on the Community Service Committee for several years and most recently on the YPN committee. In 2008, Koki was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as one of the "30 Under 30". In 2009, he provided real estate expertise on CNN's "The Situation Room" and NPR, and in 2010 he appeared on an episode of HGTV's television show "House Hunters".

Outside of real estate, Koki's time is spent mostly in volunteer activities or on the basketball court. He has served on the Board of Directors for YMCA Youth & Family Services since 2006, volunteers with Rebuilding Together® annually, and was the assistant JV coach at The Bullis School from 2007 to 2009. He was recognized by the Greater Capital Area YMCA as Philanthropist of the Year in 2011.

Jamie Coley

Dorie Glass

Dorie Glass is a native Washingtonian, a graduate from the University of Maryland, and has been licensed since 1977. An Associate Broker in MD, DC & VA, she started her career at her family's business, Snider Bros., Inc. Real Estate. She was the Principal Broker in DC for eieio.com Real Estate and is presently with the Bethesda Gateway Office of Long & Foster Real Estate.

She is currently on the GCAAR Rookie Committee and in the past has served on the Education Committee and on the REALTOR® Fest subcommittee. Her goal, as a current Director of GCAAR's Board, has been to be a positive and vibrant communicator in the industry, in particular with homeowners and REALTORS®. She is a contributor to the REALTOR® Political Action Committee and hopes to see more REALTORS® follow suit. She has volunteered her time and helped raise funds for ConKerr Cancer, Children's Hospital, and Prevent Child Abuse of America.

She has three children and shares her home with her husband, their Pug, and yellow Lab.

Jacque Grenning, ABR®, CRS®, e-PRO®, GRI

Jacque has over 25 years of experience as a top-producing REALTOR® in Montgomery County. She is an icon in the industry and a leader in the community. She has been an owner of several real estate offices and currently holds Associate Broker licenses in Maryland and Virginia.

She is committed to continuous learning and has earned her CRS®, GRI, ABR®, and ePro® designations.

An active member of GCAAR (and formerly the Maryland Association of REALTORS®), Jacque has served on several committees over the years. She has volunteered on the Education, Ethics, and Grievance Committees. She chaired the Rookie Committee for three years, currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for her fourth straight year, and began working with the Green Committee this year.

Her regular off-work activities often include volunteering with programs such as Rebuilding Together® and Habitat for Humanity. She has been on a local Rotary Club's Board of Directors for the past 20 years. Jacque sings with and serves in a leadership role for the National Philharmonic Chorale at the Strathmore Center of the Arts and does fundraising for charitable organizations such as KW Cares, Hospice, and The Roc Solid Foundation.

For the past year, Jacque has been a Productivity Coach with Keller Williams Capital Properties. In this role, she helps to keep the office focused on building a strong culture of productivity, coaching, and training.

Gwen Henderson
Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc.

Gwen Henderson relocated to the Washington, DC metropolitan area in December 1986 from Seoul, South Korea with her military spouse and two daughters. She began a second career in real estate after a 30-year banking career with BB&T.

Community involvement is Gwen's passion. She is routinely involved with her communities. In 2010, Ike Leggett, Montgomery County Executive, appointed her to a 3-year term as a Montgomery County Commissioner for the Commission on Common Ownership Communities (CCOC). She was elected the Vice-Chair for the CCOC in 2012. She has served as an Election Judge intermittently since 2006.

Gwen is also an active member of her real estate community. Long & Foster Real Estate appointed her to the Sales Advisory Committee and Agent Technology Board in 2009. She received her sales office's annual Community Service Award in 2009, 2010, and 2012.

Gwen served as a member of GCAAR's Education Committee from 2009-2011. As a member of GCAAR's Community Service Committee, where she has served since 2011, she was on the subcommittee for the MAR CARE Award Scrapbook contest, serving as Chair for 2012 and 2013. The subcommittee submitted the winning entry for the MAR CARES Special Project in 2011. In 2012, she joined MAR's Public Relations and Communications and the MAR CARES Award selection Committees. She is the 2013 President of Greater Capital Area Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS®.

In her first term on the GCAAR Board of Directors, Gwen is liaison to the Community Service Committee.
