Along with his business partner, Leigh Reed, he is fortunate to be recognized by Real Estate Trends through The Wall Street Journal as one of the top 180 Teams (2011-2014/sales volume) out of the 1.2 million agents in the nation. In addition, he has won numerous sales awards during the course of his real estate career. He is known throughout the industry for his love of the business, as well as his integrity, dedication, professionalism and work ethic.

Jamie has a strong belief in giving back to the real estate community and has been active in GCAAR for several years by serving on the Grievance, Contract and Clause; Budget, Executive and RPAC committees. He also had the honor of serving on the GCAAR Board of Directors (2013-2015) and the 2015 NAR Board of Directors. He had the distinguished honor of recently being selected as the 2015 GCAAR REALTOR® of the Year.

Thomas Daley

Tom Daley is a licensed Associate Broker and Realtor in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia for TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.

Having received his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a marketing degree from Boston College, Tom is well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry. He also has the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and MilRes (Military Relocation Specialist) designations. He has taught as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University’s Real Estate Program and has been sought out by The Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, and Current Newspapers for his real estate knowledge and commentary.

Tom has been an active GCAAR Board member since 2013. He has been a member of the Education committee for the past four years and Chair of its subcommittee on continuing education. Tom is the Vice Chair of the RPAC/Political & Government Affairs Committee and sits on the Budget committee, the Investment Advisory committee, Board of Director’s Nominating committee (2014) and the Strategic Planning Presidential Advisory Group (2015). Tom has previously served as a Board liaison to the YPN committee and sat on two prior Presidential Advisory Groups for the GCAAR Board. He has been a “Sterling R” RPAC contributor since 2013.

In 2015, he was appointed by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to be Chair for both the Broker Participation Council and the RPAC Participation Council for the Washington, DC region.

Also in 2015 Tom was appointed the MRIS Compliance Committee. The committee is made of fifteen members representing the different state and local associations that are part of MRIS.

Licensed as a broker in Maryland, DC, and Virginia since 1988, Thom Brockett is a second generation REALTOR® affiliated with the Potomac / Cabin John office of Long & Foster. Thom has been a Managing Broker for Long & Foster, Weichert, and W.C. & A.N. Miller, and the Training Director for Long & Foster’s Montgomery County Regional and DC Regional Training Centers. Thom holds the GRI and SHS designations. He is a senior Instructor for GCAAR, Advance Open Water SCUBA instructor, Integrity© Business Coach, Buffini & Company Mentor, and served on the Buffini & Company Advisory Board for the 100 Days to Greatness® program. Thom is a past member of the Grievance Committee, a current member of the Contract and Clause Committee and is beginning his second year as a member of the GCAAR Board of Directors.

Prior to real estate, Thom was the Manager of Training Principles and Design and the Associate Marketing Director for an international training and consulting firm.

Thom lives in Potomac with his wife, Jennifer. Together, they peacefully coexist with their children Adam and Taylor; basset hound, Buster; Bruiser the Pug; two turtles; Daisy the Dynamic Parakeet; Garcia the Hateful Conure; and a fish.

Jeffrey Ganz

Jeffrey Ganz has been licensed as a residential real estate agent since 2003 and is currently licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Jeff is a native Washingtonian and has a passion for real estate that is evident to his colleagues and his clients. He has a focus on customer service that creates repeat clients, allows for an extensive referral business, and helps him maintain his status as a top agent at ERA year after year. With the belief that it is important to be involved in the GCAAR community, Jeff has served on GCAAR’s Grievance Committee for three years (serving as Chair of the committee in 2013) as well as on GCAAR’s Contract and Clause Committee since 2010.

Outside of real estate, Jeff spent two years on the Wheaton Redevelopment Steering Committee. Since 2010, Jeff and his spouse have been licensed foster parents. He is very active in the Montgomery County Foster Parent Association and assists with teaching the classes that are required for prospective foster parents.

Brandon began his real estate career in 2001, was Rookie of the Year in 2002, and one of REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 under 30 in 2003. In 2004, he founded Brandon Green Residential, a nationally-ranked sales team. In 2011, Brandon became Managing Director of Keller Williams Capital Properties’ flagship DC office, and in 2014 he assumed the role of Managing Partner for the organization. Keller Williams Capital Properties was recently recognized by the Washington Business Journal for the 2nd year in a row as one of the region’s fastest growing companies.

Brandon is an expert in the local real estate market, is a member of the International Master Faculty at Keller Williams International Realty, and is recognized world-wide as thought leader in the business. He has served twice as a board member for the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS®, and has served on GCAAR’s Grievance Committee.

Outside of real estate Brandon loves to travel, whether it’s back to Iowa or Wyoming to see his family, or abroad to see the world. Previous to real estate Brandon toured with the International Musical Organization, Up With People.

Jacque Grenning

Jacque Grenning has over 25 years of experience as a top-producing REALTOR® in Montgomery County. She is an icon in the industry and a leader in the community. She has been involved as an owner of several real estate offices and currently holds Associate Broker licenses in Maryland and Virginia.

An active member of GCAAR (and formerly the Maryland Association of REALTORS®), Jacque has served on several committees over the years. Over the past, she has been a member of the Education, Ethics, Green, and Grievance Committees. She also chaired the Rookie Committee for three years and most recently served on the Professional Standards Committee, just prior to her term on the GCAAR Board.

At her office, Jacque has helped build the program of Productivity Coaching, instituting a strong culture of productivity and training, and currently serves as the Managing Broker for the Rockville office. She is committed to continuous learning and has earned her CRS®, GRI, ABR®, and ePro® designations.

Outside of real estate, her regular off-work activities often include volunteering with programs such as Rebuilding Together® and Habitat for Humanity, KW Cares, the RocSolid Foundation and her Rotary projects such as Flags For Our Heroes and Family Services. Her favorite pastime however, is enjoying walks along the C & O canal with her husband and dog.

Susann Haskins

Susann Haskins, an Associate Broker in MD, DC, and VA since 1986, has been an award-winning, active practitioner, mentor, trainer, and Managing Broker. Concurrently, she has served GCAAR and her fellow REALTORS® through her tenure as a member of GCAAR’s Board of Directors and as 2005 GCAAR President. She also received GCAAR’s REALTOR® of the Year honors in 2006. She was a key part of forming the GCAAR Cares Committee when she was President, and is particularly proud to say that it has been an actively-functioning committee for 10 years, as she believes strongly in giving back to the people living in the neighborhoods we serve. Susann has served for multiple years on the Contract & Clause Committee (now Forms Committee) -- chairing the committee twice. She also is a past member of the Public Policy and Education Committees. Most recently, Susann chaired the Task Force appointed to revise the GCAAR contract. Susann currently represents GCAAR on the MAR Board of Directors as a District Vice President. She also serves on the MAR Statewide Forms Committee and has been selected at Vice-Chair for 2016.

Because of her extensive knowledge of our local association and her contributions to the state association, Susann is uniquely qualified to represent GCAAR members on the 2016 Board of Directors.

Robert Moorman

Robert (Bob) Moorman is the Managing Broker for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Potomac Maryland. For the past 30 years Bob has managed real estate offices for W.C. & A.N. Miller, Long & Foster Real Estate, and currently Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Bob is a licensed associate Broker in DC, Maryland, and Virginia and holds the CRB and GRI designations.

Bob has lived in the DC and Maryland area for the past 50 years. Educated at Montgomery College and University of Maryland, Bob has called North Potomac his home for the past 29 years.

Bob also served on the Potomac Chamber of Commerce from 1994 to 2006. Bob was a board member, Vice President, and President of the Chamber for two years. In 2005, the Chamber presented him with the Business Person of the year Award. Bob also is active with Montgomery County Drug Courts supporting addiction prevention and education.

Matt Murton joined Coldwell Banker’s Previews office in Bethesda, MD in 2005 with over 10 years of sales, marketing, and negotiation expertise developed during a highly-successful career in Washington, DC’s media sales. He was Coldwell Banker’s Rookie of the Year in 2006, and has received numerous awards since joining the company. Matt currently is a licensed REALTOR® in MD, DC, and VA.

In 2012, Matt founded SMART LIVING with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. SMART LIVING is a client-focused real estate team comprised of experienced REALTORS®. Matt has been a national speaker for Coldwell Banker on social media and technology, serving on its Technology board; he is active with his in-office education programs; and has participated in GCAAR’s lockbox transition tests. In his spare time, Matt is an avid marathon runner and has completed nine marathons since 2013.

Hildy Pollard is a bilingual REALTOR® who specializes in residential and international real state. She is known for her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and comitment to customer service.

Currently associated with Fairfax Realty, Hildy holds licenses in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She is a 2005 graduate of The School of Redesigning and Staging and the Institute for Marketing Luxury Homes. She is a recipient of the 2011 Shining Star award given by the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and a graduate of the MAR Leadership Academy, and the Leadership Academy for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. As a long-time resident of Maryland, Hildy volunteers and teaches first-time home buyer seminars for Montgomery County. She also has been a Mediator for the County since 2010.

Jason Sherman serves as Principal Broker and CEO of Real Living | At Home. A seventh generation Washingtonian, Jason graduated from the George Washington University in 2000 and received his J.D. from the Columbus School of Law in 2003. Jason is admitted to both the Maryland and DC bar. In 2004, he joined a well-established title company where he practiced as a settlement attorney until founding Real Living At Home in 2012.

In addition to his duties for Real Living | At Home, Jason involves himself as much as possible with the real estate community. He moderates events, teaches classes, and serves on multiple committees for GCAAR and MRIS. He is also a member of DCAR, NVAR, and serves on the Broker Advisory Council for the Real Living national brand.

Dick Stoner

Richard (Dick) Stoner has been licensed in real estate since 1995, starting with Rory S. Coakley Realty, where he began a property management division and became Associate Broker. He previously worked for more than 20 years in banking finance during the Savings & Loan crisis of the 1980’s-90’s. Dick’s company has restored and currently manages historic rental homes including Frieda’s Cottage on the grounds of Chestnut Lodge, and the 1880’s Rockville Cemetery house built by the Pumphrey family on Rockville’s first known cemetery.

Dick manages farms in Washington County, MD and he is active with Land Preservation both for historic districts and for agricultural and environmental land use programs. Dick is farmer certified for nutrient management in Maryland and has installed Best Practices stream valley buffers and other environmental land improvements to help meet the goals of the Chesapeake Bay Plan of 2010. In connection with this work, he works with land owners in Washington, Frederick, and Montgomery Counties in rural, suburban, and urban markets. He has worked in positions for MRIS and CoStar Group, Inc. dealing with commercial real estate data and the technology advancements since 2000. He has served on the GCAAR Public Policy Committee since 2009 and served on MAR’s Legislative Committee (2014-2015). As an independent broker, he is particularly concerned with legislative initiatives that may work against the livelihood of real estate agents and brokerage firms, and he is committed to monitoring and working to improve the business climate within which we all operate.

Patrick (Pat) Weed has been real estate business since 1965. Pat is currently the Broker/Owner of the Patrick Realty Company, Inc. in Kensington, MD.

Pat has been involved in numerous committees during his tenure at the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® now known as GCAAR. Pat has served on the GCAAR Board for one year, and is currently on GCAAR’s Contract and Clause and Public Policy Committees. He has served as Chair and Vice-Chair of those committees and has been a member of the Grievance and RPAC Committees. Pat is an active member of the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR) where he served on the Professional Standards, and Legislative Committees, and currently serves on MAR’s Statewide Forms (former Chair) and Public Affairs Committees. He was also on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Contact Team and a member of NAR’s Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Pat was the 2012 GCAAR REALTOR® of the Year, was awarded the REALTOR® Emeritus status for over 40 years of professional real estate experience, and was an early graduate of the MAR Leadership Academy. He was a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland and has earned the SIOR, SRES®, and CBR designations. Pat was on the Board of the Kensington-Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and is active on the Board of the Kensington District Business Association.

Peg Mancuso is a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry. Licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Peg has been a top producer with several major real estate companies, including Long & Foster, Weichert, and W.C. & A.N. Miller REALTORS® over her distinguished career. She is currently at W.C. & A.N. Miller, A Long & Foster Company, having started Daly, Mancuso and Associates almost 15 years ago.

Currently the President-Elect of GCAAR, she takes office on January 1, 2016 to serve her term as President. She also serves on GCAAR's Board of Directors as well as the boards for the National Association of REALTORS® and Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR). Additionally, she's serves on MAR's Legislative Committee, is a former Chair and active member of GCAAR's Public Policy Committee, and a former member of the Education, Budget, and Community Service Committees.

Peg is a lifelong Washingtonian. Educated at the University of Maryland, Peg has called Potomac her home for the past 30 years. When not working, Peg is an avid traveler and skier, and volunteers in local community activities including Rebuilding Together® as well as being a major supporter of several charities and foundations, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Habitat for Humanity, The Boy Scouts of America, the ASPCA, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Suzanne Des Marais is the President and an Associate Broker of 10 Square Real Estate, a brokerage with a mission to represent and sell urban and transit-oriented properties. In addition to market rate residential real estate, Suzanne is focused on solving challenges associated with revitalizing neighborhoods and preserving housing affordability. As such, 10 Square Real Estate has established a division called 10 SQ Affordable to administrate the sales of new construction units with affordability covenants in the District of Columbia. Suzanne actively participates in the regional and national conversation regarding housing policy, and is frequently consulted for expert commentary on real estate market conditions. She is 2015 President of the 9000+ member Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR), a Past President of the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS® (DCAR), a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and a member of NAR's Housing Opportunities Committee. She was honored as the 2012 DCAR REALTOR® of the Year. Tim Knobloch

Tim Knobloch is the Broker/Owner of Eagle Management LLC, a residential property management company in Rockville, MD. Tim has been very active in the real estate industry for 30 years as a successful sales agent, branch manager, regional vice president, and vice president of brokerage support for large major real estate companies.

Tim has been the Treasurer of GCAAR for the past three years and served on GCAAR's Board of Directors in 2012, 2000-2004, and 1990-1995. As Treasurer, Tim was instrumental in the acquisition, financing, and ongoing management of the building on Diamondback Drive. He also served as Treasurer of the Association in 1995. He has been Chair of numerous committees and task forces, currently serving as Budget Committee Chair, and as a member of the Property Management and Public Policy Committees. In 2016, Tim will be the Vice Chair of MAR’s Legislative Committee. Tim has also served as a MAR and NAR Director, and is currently on the MAR Legislative Committee. He has been a major supporter of RPAC for many years.

In the community, Tim has been the Treasurer and President of his children’s PTA, a cluster coordinator, organizer, and founder of a school-based support group, and has been active in school board elections. He served as Chair of the Rockville Affordable Housing Demonstration, a program to help first-time buyers with interest-free down payment assistance loans. Tim has been a Boy Scout leader for over 10 years and was the High Adventure coordinator.

Koki Adasi

Koki Adasi is an Associate Broker and Team Leader for Koki & Associates, Inc. with Long & Foster Real Estate. He has been in the real estate industry since 2006, and has received his CRS, GRI, SRS, and ABR designations. Koki has been very active with GCAAR, serving on the Community Service Committee for several years, YPN, and most recently on the Board of Directors. In 2008, Koki was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as one of the "30 Under 30." In 2010 he appeared on an episode of HGTV's television show "House Hunters" and this past year was selected as one of the top agents in the DC area by the Washingtonian Magazine.

Outside of real estate, Koki's time is spent mostly in volunteer activities, on the basketball court, and with his family. He served on the Board of Directors for YMCA Youth & Family Services for eight years and currently is a member of the Rotary Club. He was recognized by the Greater Capital Area YMCA as Philanthropist of the Year in 2011. Koki and his wife Jess are the proud parents of two young children.

Born in The Netherlands, Roger Carp moved to the Washington, DC area with his family at a young age. His father worked for the Dutch embassy and his family laid down their roots in Georgetown. While his father's career moved his family to various parts of the world, Roger has always had a love for Washington, DC, and its vibrant culture. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Roger started his real estate career, working in Minneapolis for a few years before returning to the DC area for good.

Now the manager of Long & Foster's Georgetown office, Roger has established a successful career in real estate sales and management. His enthusiasm for the job, combined with his creative marketing ability, makes a wonderful environment for his team of sales associates to learn and grow. He's also passionate about giving back to the community, and in turn, has encouraged his Long & Foster family in Georgetown to become active volunteers in the city. In addition to these philanthropic efforts, Roger's committed to the real estate industry as a whole and has served on various GCAAR committees, including leading the Professional Standards Committee, over the years.

Hailing from Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, Bill Hounshell grew up on a working farm until he finished school and went in the Marine Corps. After four years in the service, Bill attended college to further his education. Once completed, he ended up in the real estate industry doing commercial management, and in 1985 got into residential sales. 20 years passed and Bill opened his own shop in Logan Circle. Six years later he sold his business and was asked to be the sales manager of the new Logan Circle office of Long & Foster Real Estate. A DC resident since 1980, Bill has volunteered in many nonprofits and was part of a mentoring program for inner city children. In his free time, he cares for his 91-year-old father, and enjoys fishing and aviation.

Danai Mattison Sky is a native Washingtonian and second-generation REALTOR® with Long & Foster Real Estate, and was recently appointed as the Sales Manager of the Long & Foster Capitol Hill Sales Office. Danai earned her real estate license in 2008 while attending the University of Maryland - College Park, and upon graduation in 2009 entered into the sales arena full time. Licensed in DC and Maryland, she specialized in existing and new home sales in the DC area marketplace. In 2013, Danai was recognized as one of REALTOR® Magazine's 30 Under 30.

As a strong believer in the importance to serve, she is an active member in both her local and state associations - 2012-2013 GCAAR YPN and Communications Committees; 2014 YPN Committee member and Communications Committee Vice-Chair, 2015 YPN Committee member - and has served on the NAR YPN Advisory Board and the NAR Strategic Planning Committee 2014-2016. Danai loves to work hard for those she serves, socialize out and about in the city, and give back to her community!

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Frank Snodgrass has more than 13 years of experience and a passion for real estate investment. His attention to detail, impeccable service, excellent negotiation skills and licensure in all three jurisdictions allow Frank to deliver the true Sotheby's International Realty experience to all of his clients.

Frank has been active at GCAAR for the past eight years. He served on the Grievance Committee for four years, serving one year as Vice Chair and another as Chair. He served three years on the Professional Standards Committee and also has been a member of the International Committee. He is completing his second year as a GCAAR Board member.

A lifelong resident of the District of Columbia, Frank attended St. Patrick's Episcopal School and graduated from The Landon School. He then attended Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he majored in Spanish and Latin American Studies.
