Margaret "Peg" Mancuso
W.C. & A.N. Miller REALTORS® A Long & Foster Company

Peg Mancuso is a 28-year veteran of the real estate industry. Licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Peg has been a top producer for multiple major real estate companies, including Long & Foster, Weichert, and W.C. & A.N. Miller REALTORS® over her distinguished career. She is currently at W.C. & A.N. Miller, A Long & Foster Company, having started Daly, Mancuso and Associates over a decade ago.

Currently the Chair of GCAAR's Public Policy Committee, she also is an active member of the Education and Budget Committees. She serves on GCAAR's Board of Directors and was the liaison to the Community Service Committee (GCAAR Cares).

Peg is a lifelong Washingtonian. Educated at the University of Maryland, Peg has called Potomac her home for the past 30 years. When not working, Peg is an avid traveler and a major supporter of several charities and foundations, including the ASPCA, Habitat for Humanity, The Boy Scouts of America, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Jamie Coley, SRES®, GREEN

Jamie is an associate broker with Long & Foster in Bethesda and is licensed in MD, DC, & VA. He's been a full-time REALTOR® for 26 years and is a 3rd generation Washingtonian. For several years, Jamie has been fortunate to be recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top 150 (sales volume) out of the 1.2 million agents in the nation. In addition, he has been recognized by his brokers and won numerous sales awards during the course of his real estate career. He is known throughout the industry for his love of the business, integrity, dedication, and strong work ethic.

Jamie has a strong belief in giving back to the real estate community and has been active in GCAAR for several years by serving on the Grievance, Contract and Clause, and RPAC committees. He has also had the honor of serving on the GCAAR Board of Directors (2013 & 2014).

Among his passions of travel, cooking, and socializing, Jamie has been active and involved with other community boards and associations.

Koki Adasi, CRS, GRI
Long & Foster Real Estate

Koki Adasi is an Associate Broker and Team Leader for Koki & Associates, Inc. with Long & Foster Real Estate. He has been in the real estate industry since 2006, and has received his CRS and GRI designations. Koki has been very active with GCAAR, serving on the Community Service Committee for several years and most recently on the YPN committee. In 2008, Koki was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as one of the "30 Under 30." In 2009, he provided real estate expertise on CNN's "The Situation Room" and NPR, and in 2010 he appeared on an episode of HGTV's television show "House Hunters."

Outside of real estate, Koki's time is spent mostly in volunteer activities or on the basketball court. He has served on the Board of Directors for YMCA Youth & Family Services since 2006, volunteers with Rebuilding Together® annually, and was the assistant JV coach at The Bullis School from 2007 to 2009. He was recognized by the Greater Capital Area YMCA as Philanthropist of the Year in 2011.

Roger Carp
Long & Foster Real Estate

Born in The Netherlands, Roger Carp moved to the Washington, DC area with his family at a young age. His father worked for the Dutch embassy and his family laid down their roots in Georgetown. While his father's career moved his family to various parts of the world, Roger has always had a love for Washington, DC, and its vibrant culture. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Roger started his real estate career, working in Minneapolis for a few years before returning to the DC area for good.

Now the manager of Long & Foster's Georgetown office, Roger has established a successful career in real estate sales and management. His enthusiasm for the job, combined with his creative marketing ability, makes a wonderful environment for his team of sales associates to learn and grow. He's also passionate about giving back to the community, and in turn, has encouraged his Long & Foster family in Georgetown to become active volunteers in the city. In addition to these philanthropic efforts, Roger's committed to the real estate industry as a whole and has served on various GCAAR committees, including leading the Professional Standards Committee, over the years.

Jeffrey (Jeff) Ganz, GRI
ERA Pro Realty

Jeffrey Ganz has been licensed as a residential real estate agent since 2003 and is currently licensed in Maryland and Virginia. Jeff is a native Washingtonian and has a passion for real estate that is evident to his colleagues and his clients. He has a focus on customer service that creates repeat clients, allows for an extensive referral business, and helps him maintain his status as a top agent at ERA year after year. With the belief that it is important to be involved in the GCAAR community, Jeff has served on GCAAR's Grievance Committee for three years (serving as Chair of the committee in 2013) as well as on GCAAR's Contract and Clause Committee since 2010.

Outside of real estate, Jeff spent two years on the Wheaton Redevelopment Steering Committee. Since 2010, Jeff and his spouse have been licensed foster parents. He is very active in the Montgomery County Foster Parent Association and assists with teaching the classes that are required for prospective foster parents.

Jacque Grenning, ABR®, CRS, e-PRO®, GRI

As a proven industry leader, Jacque has over 25 years of experience as a top producing REALTOR® in Montgomery County. She is an icon in the industry and a leader in the community. Jacque currently serves as the Assistant Team Leader/Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Capital Properties of Rockville. She currently holds Associate Broker licenses in Maryland and Virginia, and her commitment to continuous learning and has earned her the CRS GRI, ABR and e-PRO® designations.

Having always been an active member of GCAAR, Jacque has served on the Education, Grievance, Rookie and Professional Standards Committees. She also chaired the Rookie Committee for 3 years and is currently serving her 2nd year of a 2-year term on GCAAR's Board of Directors.

She has a heart for serving others and is a valuable contributor to the local community as well. Her regular off-work activities include volunteering with programs such as Rebuilding Together® and Habitat for Humanity. She has been on the Board of Directors for the past 20 years in a local Rotary Club. Jacque sings with and serves in a leadership role for the National Philharmonic Chorale at the Strathmore Center of the Arts. You may also find her fundraising for charitable organizations such as KW Cares, Hospice and The RocSolid Foundation.

For the past year, Jacque has been a Productivity Coach with Keller Williams Capital Properties. In that role, she has helped her agents outperform their previous production metrics in every category. She keeps the office focused on building a strong culture of productivity, coaching and training.

William "Bill" Hounshell

Hailing from Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, Bill Hounshell grew up on a working farm until he finished school and went in the Marine Corps. After four years in the service, Bill attended college to further his education. Once completed, he ended up in the real estate industry doing commercial management, and in 1985 got into residential sales. 20 years passed and Bill opened his own shop in Logan Circle. Six years later he sold his business and was asked to be the sales manager of the new Logan Circle office of Long & Foster Real Estate, where he now resides. A DC resident since 1980, Bill has volunteered in many nonprofits and was part of a mentoring program for inner city children. In his free, time he cares for his 90-year-old father, and enjoys fishing and aviation.

Harold Huggins is the Broker/Owner of Harold H. Huggins Realty in Burtonsville, MD. He has over 50 years in the real estate profession with experience in property management, real estate appraisals, commercial and industrial development, custom and speculative home building and remodeling and general brokerage sales. He is extremely active in national and local real estate professional groups as well as civic and community organizations.

John Lin

John Lin, President and CEO of CapStar Commercial Realty, has built one of the most ethnically diverse commercial real estate companies in the metro Baltimore and Washington region.

Lin started his career in commercial real estate industry in 1983 and has helped some major regional companies expand their real estate business.

John received his B. S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and his Master's from Johns Hopkins University.

Launched at the bottom of the economy, CapStar is still growing and has more than 45 licensed agents. John attributes most of his success to satisfied clients and fellow brokers in the real estate industry, stating that referrals often come from other brokers, even though they are competitors in similar business.

Danai Mattison

Danai Mattison is a native Washingtonian and second-generation REALTOR® with The Mattison Group at Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. Danai earned her real estate license in 2008 while attending the University of Maryland - College Park and upon graduation in 2009 entered into the sales arena full time. Licensed in DC & Maryland, she specializes in existing and new home sales in the DC area marketplace. In 2013, Danai was recognized as one of REALTOR® Magazine's 30 Under 30! As a strong believer in the importance to serve, she is an active member in both her local and state associations (2012-2013 GCAAR YPN and Communications Committee; 2014 YPN Committee member and Communications Committee Vice-Chair) and recently appointed to the NAR YPN Advisory Board and the NAR Strategic Planning Committee. Danai loves to work hard for those she serves, socialize out and about in the city, and give back to her community!

Frank Snodgrass

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Frank Snodgrass has more than 12 years of experience and a passion for real estate investment. His attention to detail, impeccable service, excellent negotiation skills and licensure in all three jurisdictions allow Frank to deliver the true Sotheby's International Realty experience to all of his clients.

Frank has been active at GCAAR for the past seven years. He served on the Grievance Committee for four years, serving one year as Vice Chair and another as Chair. He is currently serving his third year on the Professional Standards Committee and also has been a member of the International Committee. A lifelong resident of the District of Columbia, Frank attended St. Patrick's Episcopal School and graduated from The Landon School. He then attended Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he majored in Spanish and Latin American Studies.

Suzanne is a practicing REALTOR® since 2000, and the founder of 10 Square Team at Keller Williams Capital Properties, based in Dupont Circle. Suzanne and her team of agents and staff serve clients in the District of Columbia, as well as Maryland and Virginia within the Beltway. In the early 2000's, Suzanne began her real estate business in Montgomery County.

She is a past president of the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS® (DCAR), a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and has been serving on the GCAAR Board for several years. In addition to serving on numerous committees at the local level, Suzanne has chaired both the Public Policy and Grievance Committees. She is a sitting state-level RPAC Trustee for DCAR, a member of the NAR Housing Opportunities Committee, and has previously served at the national level on the Federal Housing Policy Committee. In 2012, Suzanne was honored as the 2012 DCAR REALTOR® of the Year. Suzanne has particular interests in solving challenges associated with revitalizing neighborhoods and preserving housing affordability.

Suzanne actively participates in the regional and national conversation regarding housing policy, and is frequently consulted for expert commentary on real estate market conditions. She has been quoted by numerous well regarded media sources including The Washington Post and the BBC, yet she is probably best known for her weekly commentary as "hipchickindc" on the popular website popville.com.

Greg Ford is presently an Associate Broker and a Charter Member of Keller Williams Capital Properties. Having been active in real estate for the last decade, Greg has extensive knowledge of the Maryland, District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia markets. He is a Graduate of GCAAR's Leadership Institute and holds the CRS, GRI, ABR®, and GREEN designations. In addition, Greg has experience working in commercial real estate and has completed the CCIM training.

He currently is GCAAR's 2014 President in addition to being a Director for both the Maryland and National Associations of REALTORS® (MAR, NAR). Other committees he is currently serving on include GCAAR's Executive, Budget, and REALTOR® Political Action Committees. Previously, Greg has served as GCAAR's 2012 Secretary, a Director from 2008 to 2011, chaired GCAAR's Contract and Clause Committee, and served on both the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees.


Timothy "Tim" Knobloch, CRS, GRI

Tim Knobloch is the Broker/Owner of Eagle Management LLC, a residential property management company in Rockville, MD. Tim has been very active in the real estate industry for 30 years as a successful sales agent, branch manager, regional vice president, and vice president of brokerage support for large major real estate companies.

Tim has been the Treasurer of GCAAR for the past two years and has served on GCAAR's Board of Directors in 2012, 2000-2004, and 1990-1995. As Treasurer, Tim was instrumental in the acquisition, financing, and ongoing management of the building on Diamondback Drive. He also served as Treasurer of the Association in 1995. He has been Chair of numerous committees and task forces, currently serving as Budget Committee Chair. Tim has also served as a MAR and NAR Director, and is currently on the MAR Legislative Committee. He has been a major supporter of RPAC for many years.

In the community, Tim has been the Treasurer and President of his children's PTA, a cluster coordinator, organizer, and founder of a school-based support group, and has been active in school board elections. He served as Chair of the Rockville Affordable Housing Demonstration, a program to help first-time buyers with interest-free down payment assistance loans. Tim has been a Boy Scout leader for over 10 years and was the High Adventure coordinator.

Licensed as a broker in Maryland, DC, and Virginia since 1988, Thom Brockett is a second generation REALTOR® affiliated with the Potomac / Cabin John office of Long & Foster. Thom has been a Managing Broker for Long & Foster, Weichert, and W.C. & A.N. Miller, and the Training Director for Long & Foster's Montgomery County Regional and DC Regional Training Centers. Thom is a GRI, SHS, Senior Instructor for GCAAR, Advance Open Water SCUBA instructor, Integrity© Business Coach, Buffini & Company Mentor, and served on the Buffini & Company Advisory Board for the 100 Days to Greatness® program. Thom is a past member of the Grievance Committee, a current member of the Contract and Clause Committee and is beginning his second year as a member of the GCAAR Board of Directors.

Prior to real estate, Thom was the Manager of Training Principles and Design and the Associate Marketing Director for an international training and consulting firm.

Thomas "Tom" Daley, GRI, MRP

Thomas (Tom) Daley is an Associate Broker with TTR Sotheby's International Realty in Washington, DC based in their Georgetown offices. Tom has attained his GRI and military relocation designations. In addition, he has a Master's (MPS) in real estate with a focus on real estate development and finance from Georgetown University. He is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Tom was elected to the Board of Directors for GCAAR in 2013 and is currently serving a two-year term as a Director until 2015. Tom sits as a member of the Education Committee, RPAC Committee, Investment Committee, and Board Liaison to the YPN Committee.

In addition, Tom has been an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University within the Masters of Real Estate program for the School for Continuing Studies. He developed a business development course to help students improve their skills in business and expand their knowledge within the commercial and residential real estate industries.

Tom is passionate about residential real estate, real estate development, and helping to improve the real estate industry through the National Association of REALTORS®' associations both locally and nationally by being on the cutting edge as the real estate industry adapts and grows in an ever changing technology and consumer-driven environment.

Tom is also involved with several civic organizations, including Chairman of the annual Washington Ireland Program's Celtic Chef's dinner, Chairman of the Advisory Council for The Reading Connection, and supporter of Friendship Place, and the Embassy Series.

Sally Hamidi, CMCA, GRI

Sally Hamidi is a licensed broker in DC, MD, and VA with over 14 years of real estate experience and currently holds the GRI and CMCA designations. Sally has a keen sense of the local real estate market and, throughout the years has shown tremendous focus and unwavering dedication to her loyal clients and colleagues, receiving numerous awards for her excellence in real estate.

In 2008, Ms. Hamidi branched out to start her own brokerage firm, Citylights Realty Group, which specializes in full-service brokerage including sales, leasing, and property management. During her tenure as principal broker, she has successfully managed a growing portfolio of residential properties ranging from single-family homes, condominiums, and small to mid-sized HOAs. Additionally, she oversees the day-to-day brokerage activities of the licensed agents currently affiliated with her firm.

In addition to running her real estate practice, Sally has continuously shown her support to GCAAR forums ranging from RPAC, GCAAR Cares Committee, as well as chairing the Property Management Committee (2012, 2013). Under her leadership, and with the help of her fellow committee members, she oversaw the implementation and revision of various forms integral to activities in a rental/management environment. She is currently a board member for DC Women in Solidarity for Empowerment, a non-profit group that raises funds for organizations that provide assistance to women and children in the metropolitan area.

Sally has lived in Washington, DC since 1998 and can be found in and around town with her beloved French Bulldog.

Emiliana Victoria "Vicky" Lobos-Kirker, GRI, RECS, SFR®

Vicky is a Bilingual (English and Spanish) REALTOR® licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. She has earned her GRI, SFR®, and RECS designations.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Vicky worked as an accountant for over 20 years. She decided to become a REALTOR® because she believed that she could make a difference. Vicky is a member of the GCAAR Board of Directors, and as an active GCAAR member, she has served on several GCAAR committees, including the Professional Standards, Grievance, Rookie, and International Committees. She currently serves on the Education and Events Committees. Also, she has served as a Director for the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS® (DCAR) for two terms.

She is the President-Elect (2016) of the Greater Capital Area Chapter of the Women's Consul of REALTORS®, an Honored Member of Cambridge Who's Who Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs, and an Honorary Member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Hildy Pollard is a bi-lingual REALTOR® specializing in residential and international real state since 2003. She hold the CIPS®, SRES®, e-PRO®, AHWD®, CDPE, SFR®, BPOR, CNE, MCRS, WHC and TRC designations.

Currently associated with Fairfax Realty, Hildy holds licenses in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She also is a 2005 graduate of The School of Redesigning and Staging.

Hildy is a recipient of the 2011 Shining Star award given by the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR). A long-time Maryland resident, Hildy volunteers and teaches first-time home buyer seminars for Montgomery County.

Patrick (Pat) Weed has been in the real estate business since 1965. Pat is currently the Broker/Owner of the Patrick Realty Company, Inc. in Kensington, MD.

Pat has been involved in numerous committees during his tenure at the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® now known as GCAAR. Pat has served on the GCAAR Board for one year, and is currently on GCAAR's Contract and Clause and Public Policy Committees. He has served as Chair and Vice-Chair of those committees and has been a member of the Grievance and RPAC Committees. Pat is an active member of the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR) where he served on the Professional Standards and Legislative Committees, and currently serves on MAR's Statewide Forms (former Chair) and Public Affairs Committees. He was also on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Contact Team and a member of NAR's Women's Council of REALTORS®.

Pat was the 2012 GCAAR REALTOR® of the Year was awarded the REALTOR® Emeritus status for over 40 years of professional real estate experience, and was an early graduate of the MAR Leadership Academy. He was a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland and has earned the SIOR, SRES®, and CBR designations. Pat was on the Board of the Kensington-Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and is active on the Board of the Kensington District Business Association.

Pat is the father of four, grandfather of nine, former Marine, and is a member of the American Legion, Moose, and Nights of Columbus organizations.
